4.3. Account Suspension or Termination

Saite.to reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if:

• Fraudulent or invalid activity is detected.

• The account remains inactive for an extended period, i.e. 12 months.

In cases of suspension or termination due to a violation, any unpaid earnings will be forfeited.

4.4. Modifications to the Service

6. Payment Terms

Saite.to provides users with the opportunity to earn revenue through valid clicks on their shortened links. This section explains the rules and procedures regarding payments.

6.1. Earnings Calculation

• Earnings are based on valid clicks generated by users’ shortened links.
• Rates for clicks may vary depending on traffic quality, geographic location, and advertiser demand.
• Invalid or fraudulent activity (e.g., bot traffic, click farms) will not contribute to earnings and may result in account suspension or termination.

6.2. Payment Methods

• Users are required to manually input their preferred payment details into their account settings.
• Saite.to supports the following payment methods: Monero, Tether USD, USD Coin, Payeer, SEPA transfer, PayPal.
• Payment details must be accurate and up to date. Saite.to is not responsible for delayed or failed payments due to incorrect information.

6.3. Payment Threshold

• A minimum earnings threshold must be met to qualify for payout. The current minimum payout amount is $3 but varies between payment methods.
• If the minimum threshold is not reached, earnings will roll over to the next payout period.

6.4. Payment Schedule

• Payments are processed on a daily basis with a maximum payment period of 5 business days.

6.5. Invalid Earnings

6.7. Payment Disputes

2. Engage in Fraudulent Activity: If we detect that your account has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity (such as generating fake clicks or using automated scripts), your account will be terminated, and earnings may be forfeited.
3. Inactive Account: If your account remains inactive for an extended period (e.g., 12 months), Saite.to reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit any unclaimed earnings.
4. Legal or Compliance Reasons: If your continued use of the Service violates applicable laws or regulations, Saite.to may suspend or terminate your account.

Upon termination by Saite.to, any outstanding earnings may be forfeited, and you may no longer access the Service.

7.3. Effect of Termination

• User Responsibilities After Termination: Even after termination, you are responsible for ensuring that your actions prior to account termination comply with applicable laws and regulations, including intellectual property rights and any financial obligations (e.g., taxes).

7.4. Reinstatement of Accounts

In any case where liability is not excluded, Saite.to's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Service will not exceed the amount you have paid to Saite.to for access to the Service in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date of the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Use and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federation of Saint Christopher and Nevis, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.2. Dispute Resolution

• If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or any other mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider.
• The arbitration will take place in Majuro, Marshall Islands. The language of the arbitration will be English.

10.3. Waiver of Class Action

• You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
• You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action or representative action against Saite.to.

10.4. Injunctive Relief
